Course Overview

The Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Refresher (2 Days) course is designed to update and reinforce essential paediatric first aid knowledge and practical skills for individuals who already hold a paediatric first aid qualification. This course ensures learners remain confident, competent, and compliant with current best practices in emergency care. Delivered by qualified instructors, the training focuses on hands-on practice and real-life scenarios to refresh critical life-saving skills in workplace, childcare and security environments.

What You Will Master

• Refreshing core life-saving first aid techniques
• Assessing and managing emergency situations
• CPR and use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
• Treatment of bleeding, shock, burns, and fractures
• Managing unconscious casualties and recovery positions
• Incident reporting and aftercare responsibilities
