The Level 3 CTPSaP Counter Terrorism course builds advanced capability for people in venues, sites, and organisations who hold operational or strategic responsibility for counter-terrorism preparedness. Participants learn structured threat assessment, protective planning, and coordinated response methods used to deter, detect, and manage terrorist threats. Delivered by experienced IBA instructors, the programme emphasises decision-making under pressure and leadership across multi-agency scenarios.
